Empty can destacker used for destack the tin can and aluminum alloy can through automatic control.

Empty can destacker used to push empty cans which stacked on pallets to conveyor layer by laer, then the conveyor deliver to spray wash machine.

Specification

The unstacker series consists of two parts: lifting pallet and conveying equipment. Main It is mainly used in the automatic unloading tank of the iron can company, and can also be used for the unloading of other iron items. The conveyor will transport the cans to the lifting shaft of the unpalletizer, the magnetic mechanism will send each layer of cans to the net belt, and the net belt will transport the cans to the downloader. After the completion of the unloading of the cans, the lifting frame will be lowered to the bottom position, and the empty pallets will be transported by the double-layer chain conveying lower layer to wait for the forklift. The equipment reduces labor costs and improves production efficiency.
