How It Works: The Process
1. Place Pallet: The operator places the pallet onto the turntable.
2. Weigh & Wrap: The operator selects the wrapping program on the user-friendly HMI (Human-Machine Interface) and starts the cycle. The machine automatically weighs the pallet and begins wrapping.
3. Data Transfer:The final stable weight is captured and sent to the database and/or printer.
4. Remove & Label:Once the cycle is complete, the wrapped and weighed pallet is removed. A shipping label is applied, using the printed data.
